Admissions Process

Inquire about our school by clicking on the Contact Tab in the main menu above to provide basic information and request a Meet and Greet with our team.

Come visit us! After you inquire, we will reach out to schedule a Meet and Greet (M&G) with our team. During your M&G, you will meet our team, learn about our approach to the Montessori Method, explore our facility, and gain a clear understanding of our mission. We understand that our school is not a good fit for every child’s need. We hope that you will examine our method, mission, and goal to ensure they align with your family’s values. We will give you an informational folder containing additional information and direction on how to apply through the Brightwheel app.

Submit an application. After your M&G, we will invite you to submit an application. There is an application fee of $75 collected before the application is submitted. Upon receiving your completed application and fee (one per child, please), we will add your child to our wait pool. A spot could become available anytime during the year as we have rolling admissions.

Tuition Rates
2026/2027 Tuition Rate $17,000 for the 10-month academic school year.
Monthly Tuition Rate for 2026/2027: $1,700 for the Primary House and $1,800 for the Toddler House
Summer Program rates will be determined annually.
Tuition is contracted on an annual amount for the 2026/2027 School Year.
School days are indicated on the 2026/2027 Calendar.
Fees and Other Information
Application Fee:
A non-refundable application fee of $25 per child is due at the time the application is submitted.
Annual Registration/Re-enrollment Fee:
When a space is offered and your family chooses to enroll at Mountain Willow Montessori, a $300 non-refundable enrollment/registration fee is due upon acceptance to reserve your child's space.
To maintain enrollment, a $300 non-refundable annual registration fee is due each year during re-enrollment to reserve your child's placement for the upcoming school year.
Sibling Enrollment:
For families enrolling more than one child, there is a discount of 5%.
Military Salutation:
Enrolling Military families will receive a discount of 5%
*Cannot be combined with any other discount or subsidy.
Mountain Willow reserves the right to modify discounts to meet the needs of the school community.
